Selling one flat and buying another
Your sale pays off the loan, refunds your CPF and covers its costs. The CPF refund can then go toward the next flat. Here both deals are one sum, with what changes if they happen together, or one before the other.

Your selling figures
Totals for the whole flat and all owners. Enter 0 where nothing is due. We do not look up your loan or CPF.
Each owner can see their refund on CPF's refund page. Use the full amount for the month you expect to complete the sale.
The flat you are buying
If both complete on the same day, with HDB's contra arrangement
Enter both prices and the five selling figures, using 0 where nothing is due.
Arithmetic on your own figures and published rules, checked 2026-10-13: HDB's contra terms, conditions after buying and extension of stay, and CPF on refunds. Buying a new HDB flat or an executive condominium instead has other rules, such as a resale levy; not covered here. Not financial advice.
